To show our commitment to our esteem customers and potential customers we have adopted the Pool Strategy System where spare machines are made available to replace customers’ faulty machines under repairs that need more time to fix. Our warranty policy is based on the applicable warranty systems of our suppliers which ranges from 6 months and not less than one year and in some cases more than one year depending on the kind of goods/ materials and equipment, (example: UPS above 10 kva).
