Customer Based SLA
It is signed with individual clients on specific services or products either purchased from us at Data Cé Solutions or not, we only charge the client for parts replacement.
Comprehensive SLA
Is designed for our clients who want to have the peace of mind to concentrate on their core business by transferring all their equipment fault incidents to us with just a phone call or an email. Minor issues are dealt with within 24 hours while major problems are tackled within 72 hours. The premium cost for this SLA is paid for on a quarterly basis.
